This is a temp position for 1 year to support HR team during maternity leave.

Position Overview崗位(wei)描述:Support colleagues related to HR affairs, recruiting, training and administrative items with good collaboration.支持人(ren)力資源事務,招(zhao)聘(pin),培訓和行政相(xiang)關工(gong)作。
Main Responsibilities工作職責:
1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負責招聘工作(zuo),支(zhi)持業務部門需求。
2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處理HR相關(guan)的報(bao)表及系統操作(zuo)。
3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協助公(gong)司培訓課程的開展。
4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持行政相關工作及活動的組織開(kai)展。
5. Support other things assigned by manager.上級領導交(jiao)辦的其(qi)他事項。
Main Requirements崗位需求:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本科學歷, 人力資源相關專業及英語四級優先。
2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以(yi)上工作經驗,含2年招聘和面試的經驗。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積(ji)極主動(dong)、學習能力強,且對人和新的(de)任務有(you)熱情和興趣(qu)。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客戶導向,有(you)服務意識,善于溝通。
5. Good operating of office software.熟悉操作辦公(gong)軟件。
